The Janine Klein Memorial Trophy was created in memory of my best friend Janine Klein. She was a talented dressage rider and a true horseman in every sense. Janine was an individual that saw "possibilities" not obstacles, and after she moved from California to Bucks County Pa.,, she convinced me to do the same, assuring me that I would be able to fulfill my dream of having my horses at home and where I could pursue my sculpture career full-time. She was an exceptionally kind human being, who's greatest strength was to empower others to be the best that they could be. On the left is a marketing piece she created during a team exercise at Glaxo Smith Kline and it represented her approach in life. Janine's beautiful horse Machu Picchu is here at home with me. |
